It is rare for us to be "Out of Stock" on any of the items listed in our website, but this does happen occasionally. Please allow up to 1-3 days for order processing, as each order is custom-prepared for individual shipment. (A Customer Service Representative will contact you if there will be any delay in your order).
The following is a basic guideline to our standard shipping timetable:
• Orders placed on any business day will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
• Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays will be processed the next business day and shipped within 1-3 business days.
All orders require a correct and complete shipping address. In the event that packages are returned to us due to insufficient address, you will be contacted for clarification of the shipping address and the order will be subject to additional shipping charges if applicable. Please be sure to give us at least one form of contact information (telephone or e-mail), so that we are able to contact you about your order. WE CANNOT deliver to PO Boxes.
When filling out your address information, please be as complete as possible.Try not to use abbreviations. If you have any concerns about your address once you‘ve submitted your order, please send us an e-mail or give us a call as soon as you can so that we can make sure that it is corrected by the time the package is ready to be shipped.
All International orders require both a correct and complete shipping address, along with a valid telephone number. Carriers will impose a return service charge for any incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. This charge will be passed on to our customers if we find that they neglected to provide complete shipping information.
Breakages or faulty products
If breakages occur in transit, we will gladly exchange the affected goods. The procedure is as follows:
• Inform customer services as soon as you receive a product that is broken (It is important that you do this as soon as you can).
• Make a copy of the invoice/sales receipt, and write your reason for return on the back, & include copy of the invoice/sales receipt inside the package at your own cost.
• Wrap package securely.
• Send to the address shown on the invoice (K and S, )
• We will send a replacement within 5 working days from receipt date.
Unsuitable products Most products have descriptions of contents shown on the site. However, if a product is unsuitable for you, you may return it, within 30 days, unopened and undamaged and in the manufacturer’s original packaging, for a full refund, less postage. No refund will be given for any damaged goods.
We recommend that you use a Recorded Delivery service for posting your package. The returns procedure is the same as for breakages or faulty products, outlined above.
Refunds
Refunds will be made within 10 working days once we have received and processed the returned item. We will send your refund by mail if you pay by cheque or by credit to your card if you pay by credit or debit card.
Please Note: International Shipments (outside the UK) have different laws regarding herbal products and supplements. You, the purchaser, are solely responsible for knowing the laws and regulations appropriate for your area, and for abiding by those laws. Yoga and Herbs will not assume any liability for product shipments that are not otherwise available for over-the-counter use in other areas. Additionally, the purchaser is solely responsible for any associated import duties imposed. |
